Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes. If you make an appointment we can give you our undivided attention without distraction from anyone else. If you want to have a browse without trying anything on, feel free. You are under no obligation to buy anything. Top

When do I pay for my wedding gown?
We need a 50% non-returnable deposit when you order the dress.  The remaining 50% is due when the dress arrives. Top

What if I don't like my dress when it arrives?
I am sure you will be delighted with your dress since you will already have tried it on.  Once you have ordered the dress, however, you are committed to buying it. This is because it is being made specifically for you. Top

When do I collect my dress?
We will phone you when your dress arrives.  You will usually make an appointment to pick it up, although we can arrange delivery inexceptional circumstances sometimes (there is a charge for this).  Top

How long does it take for my wedding dress to arrive?
When you order your dress, it can take up to 10 weeks to arrive.  However, we recommend you order it 3 - 4 months in advance in case there is a problem with the dress. Top

What size will the dress come in?
When you choose your dress, we will take your measurements and have the dress made to those measurments.  You do not have to buy a dress in a standard dress size - see our wedding dress sizing charts.  This saves on alteration costs. Top
